Banana has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties which help in making the skin of hands soft and supple. You can use it to reduce cracked skin and swelling. Mix banana paste and a little milk in a bowl. Apply this paste on the rough skin and swollen areas around the nails. Leave it for 5 to 10 minutes. After that wash your hands. By doing this daily, the skin will gradually soften and fall out on its own. Besides, the skin of the hands will also be soft and moisturized. Dryness will also reduce.

Milk contains lactic acid which is very beneficial for the skin of the hands. It makes the skin soft, supple and glowing. Apart from this, milk also has antibacterial properties which prevent skin infections. Take milk in a bowl and add some rose water to it. Now dip your fingers in this mixture for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove your fingers and clean them with a towel. Do this 2-3 times a day. You will start seeing the effect of this treatment within 2-3 days. The skin of hands will become soft, smooth and moisturized.

Warm water
Use of lukewarm water is very beneficial in softening the skin of hands and getting relief from peeling skin around the nails. Heat water in a vessel and let it become lukewarm. Now keep your hands immersed in this lukewarm water for 10 to 15 minutes. Do this 1-2 times daily. You will start seeing the difference within a few days. The skin of the hands will be soft and supple. The skin around the nails will stop peeling. Make lukewarm water a part of your skin care routine, it will have many benefits.
